Introducing the new KastKing ReKon Line Counter Trolling Reel, available in three sizes, perfect for various fishing needs including Salmon, Steelhead, Trout, Kokanee, Walleye, Lake Trout, and saltwater species. These conventional reels feature a precise mechanical line counter for consistently keeping bait in productive fishing zones.

Designed for durability in tough trolling conditions, the KastKing ReKon baitcasting reels are equipped with high-quality components. They incorporate three double shielded, stainless-steel ball bearings in key stress points along with an Instant anti-reverse bearing. The main gears and worm shafts are crafted from precision machined brass, while the pinion gear and line guide shaft are of premium stainless-steel.

With a smooth carbon disc drag system, the ReKon Line Counter reels provide impressive fish-stopping power of 30 lbs (25 lbs for size 10). Both sizes also feature a line clicker function for easy planer board release and strike detection while trolling. The gear ratio is 5.1:1 for size 10, 5.3:1 for size 20, and 4.5:1 for size 30.

Despite their compact design, these reels offer ample line capacity for leadcore, heavy braid, or strong monofilament lines. The size 10, 20, and 30 models can hold over 250 yards of 20 lb. mono or approximately 10 colors of Micro Leadcore line, and over 320 yards of 25 lb. mono or equivalent braided line, respectively.

For enhanced usability, KastKing provides two handle options tailored to different fishing scenarios. The size 10 ReKon comes with a comfortable double paddle handle featuring EVA grips, ideal for Kokanee, Walleye, and Trout fishing. On the other hand, the larger size 20 and 30 reels are equipped with a single Power Handle sporting a round knob for increased leverage during battles with larger fish like Salmon, Steelhead, Lake Trout, Striped Bass, or for applications requiring extended fishing line such as catfish reels.
